We appreciate that this is a difficult time for you and we want to help you deal with the process with the minimum amount of inconvenience.

To inform us of a bereavement, we’ll need the following documents and information, so that we can help you:

• The full name of the deceased customer
• Their Erudio Student Loans account reference number (16 digits starting 6319)
• A copy (not original) of the death certificate
• Your full name and contact number or address
